A beautiful painting presented to me on my retirement in June, 2011. Painted by Debbie Lamey-MacDonald, a talented artist and given to me by a dear teacher friend. Lucky me!!! I love it and it now has a permanent home in my sewing room.

I have been very fortunate to know Debbie and her beautiful artwork for about 20years. I bought my first piece from Debbie as a print and since then have continued to purchase five pieces of original art from her collection.
Every piece has had a personal connection for me both through the artwork itself and the inspirational writings. I love all of her work and look forward to her new additions!

Miss Gerber, 6x6in. Oil on canvas, painted from life.
Miss Gerber on display.
Debbie Lamey-MacDonld has a very special way of making you feel like she painted her paintings just for you. When I first saw my gerber daisy I truly fell in love with it.The beautiful shades of pink made this delicate flower seem to jump off the canvas. She has been able to awaken many lovely memories for me. Her eloquent writing makes her paintings even more special.
