The following reflection is attached to the back of the painting on laminated card stock.
It has been too long since my last visit to the park. Life events have delayed my return. Visits to the park are as essential as the breath one breathes. The park offers a safe sanctuary from the waves of life creating calmness where reflection can occur.
Wild roses dance merrily in the gentle afternoon breeze; catching bits of dappled light they sparkle and gleefully exclaim their presence. Every year they offer their gift of color and charm, portraying nature’s abundance.
As I take leave today, I whisper promises of my speedy return. Nature waits for no one, thus, her beauty must be captured in a timely fashion.
